Rethinking the process creation journey & adaption

This session will feature insights into the challenges organizations face when creating processes with BPMN, including those internally at JIT. By rethinking the process journey, JIT presents strategies to ease BPMN adoption by improving analysis and implementation. Learn practical principles for a streamlined and enjoyable BPMN experience, refined through client collaboration and real-world testing.

Moving towards Camunda 8 with A1 Telekom Austria Robotics

We invite you to join us on a journey in integrating Camunda 8 at A1 Telekom Austria.

The Robotics team automates and optimizes processes contributing significantly and effectively to the realization of the A1 strategy "Empowering Digital Life".

In a 360-degree panoramic view, we will discuss the landscape of about 150 Camunda 7 productive process definitions we had started from, where we are with C8 right now and what has gotten us to this point - and last not least: what our next steps will be.

Together, we will look into two different C8 process applications, one dealing with “Predictive Monitoring” of outages, and another one responsible for “eSIM Provisioning”! We will also discuss our cloud-first architecture, of course based on the Camunda 8 cloud, but also leveraging Kubernetes/Docker for our task worker services as well as Kafka for real-time messaging.

Melanie Laschet, A1, Stephan Heigl, Phactum and Martin Schimak, plexiti (and btw original founder of Camunda Vienna!), will be our guides.

Barbara Zöller, A1, Thomas Anderl, A1 and Branislav Vidovic, JIT, will allow us to look at different angles of the C8 “Predictive Monitoring” process application.

Roman Erlmoser, A1, Szilvia Szabo, A1 and Denis Itkin, Sytoss, will show us the first iterations of a brand-new C8 “eSIM provisioning” process application.

And last not least, Tom Ankerl, A1, and Klemens Hollinetz-Schneck, Phactum, will introduce us to architectural aspects when combining Camunda 8, Kubernetes/Docker and Kafka as major building blocks.
