Camunda as the Digital Orchestration Layer: Integrating Mambu, Finnacle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics HR, Microfrontends, and Agentic AI
This virtual workshop demonstrates how Camunda operates as an enterprise-grade process orchestration layer across modern digital cores, traditional core banking platforms, CRM, HR systems, and AI-driven services. Using Mambu and Finacle as live demonstration cores, the session shows how Camunda coordinates end-to-end banking and enterprise journeys without embedding workflow logic inside systems of record.
Participants will see how Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics HR act as engagement and people-management layers, while Camunda governs approvals, lifecycle orchestration, and compliance across customer onboarding, lending, employee onboarding, and service fulfillment processes. The workshop further illustrates how microfrontend architectures integrate with Camunda Tasklist and custom UIs to deliver modular, channel-agnostic user experiences that evolve independently of backend systems.
A key focus of the session is the introduction of agentic AI within Camunda-orchestrated workflows. Attendees will explore how AI agents can be embedded as decision-support and automation actors—performing document analysis, eligibility assessment, anomaly detection, and proactive recommendations—while remaining fully auditable and human-supervised through BPMN and DMN controls. By combining digital core platforms, microfrontends, and AI agents under a single orchestration layer, the workshop provides a practical blueprint for building resilient, scalable, and future-ready enterprise architectures.
