How to deal with variants of processes? A gateway? A separate model? How to decide?
Process models are often created by process analysts who do not have a process framework available. This results in models being unnecessarily long and complex. In this talk, Björn will discuss cutting patterns and architectural considerations that enable efficient automated implementation of processes. This includes design goals and aspects of reuse.
Although we will of course look at models, this talk will not be a tool-based talk but rather discuss conceptual ideas! It is aimed at analysts and software developers alike.
